A player shall play only for the club with which he is registered, and may only be registered with one club at any one time.

A player may, however, transfer to another club by cancelling his original registration then being re-registered with his new club. Once re-registered, he may then play for his new club.(See also rule 9(a))

A transfer fee payable to the association, equivalent to the original registration fee must be paid.

Any player who participates in events organised by the association must be registered, unless such event are designated 'Open'.

Registration Fees are to be paid to the treasurer along with the appropriate WCU registration fee and the relevant form in quadruplicate. Photocopies are acceptable.

All players are to be registered within 28 days of their first match.

Anyone not registered within this 28 day period will have a surcharge of £1 added to their registration fee.

For players not registered within 56 days of his first match:
(a) points scored by that player in subsequent matches until he is properly registered shall be disregarded.
(b) a further penalty shall be deducted from his team's score on each such occassion that he plays.
